The Sound Landing w/ Beach Access & Theater Room!

Great location with easy access to Kitsap fast ferry to Seattle. Also close to Poulsbo/Little Norway. Extremely clean! Highly recommend and will look to stay here again on next trip to visit my son in Navy.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving ware. Could use a wooden cutting board and some puzzles and games. Host is responsive in a timely manner. There is a nice binder with local places to eat, things to do and various hikes.

The communication with the host began well before checking in to the property. All entry instructions were well described and worked perfectly. Checked in after the cleaning crew finished and the first impressions of the house are WOW! The location is ideal and the views from the upper level are as advertised or better. The host provided kitchen items and linens and had a very well thought out and laid out welcome book in the kitchen. The house layout is as follows: entry level from garage takes you to the primary suite. Stairs up take you to the front entry and half bath, kitchen, family room, deck with grill and seating, and a front gathering room with desk. The stairs down to the lowest level take you to 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and media room. We traveled with 2 kids ages 8 & 11 and they loved the lowest level and claimed that as theirs. They watched movies and tv shows in the media room. We enjoyed the primary suite with a large walking closet and shower and separate tub(we didn’t use) and double sinks. We found groceries close by and cooked out on the upper deck grill. There was ample propane tanks in the garage and 2 kayaks. We didn’t use the kayaks but thought they looked fun. Overall I would absolutely recommend staying at Waterside and can not emphasize enough the ease of communication with the host.

Beautiful setting overlooking an inlet of Puget Sound with beach access. Plenty of space(s) for families and large groups. Lovely house. I'd stay again.

Been in rental homes all over the country and this was one of my favorites! The layout is spacious and private. The top floor views of the water were peaceful and calming and the house was very clean and orderly. Communication with management was spot on. Just wanted to stay another couple of days to make more use of the property! Will definitely book here the next time I’m in town.The steps aren’t bad, but do heed their warning in case that is an issue.
